This is Shego's band, Man on Fire. Request for Kev. I'll let him explain who and what everyone is.
If you're a fan of Guitar Hero you'll also notice that the singer, bass player and drummer are off of GH3, straight from the rockin' cut scenes.
Shego looks awesome (she's wearing a variation of Casey Lynch's costume). This may or may not be the only Kim Possible fanart I do... because I quite enjoyed drawing Shego, and I think she looks pretty good.
